Assistant Property Manager step up to Property Manager - Hybrid working - up to £38k

Are you an Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Block Manager looking to progress your career to full property management with ongoing support, training and financial incentives?

My client is a well-established, highly reputable firm of chartered surveyors specialising in residential block management across the south east.

Working to RICS and TPI standards they pride themselves on providing a professional, personal and often bespoke service to New Build, RTM, RMC and Freeholder clients within the M25

As a result of both newly won and pipeline developments coming into management, an opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager (with 2-3 years’ experience) looking for the next step has now arisen as follows:

• Working 3 days from home, 1 day in the office (which is based on the North London / Herts border) and 1 day on site
• Managing a well-run, trouble/arrears free portfolio based predominantly within London and Herts
• Portfolio comprises 30 sites in total, some RMC, some Freeholder
• Would present an ideal "first portfolio" for those stepping up from Assistant level
• Ideally you will already be ATPI qualified although training can be given if required.
• Basic salary up to £38k to start.
• 25 days holiday plus public and birthday
• Access to wellbeing incentive package.
• Time off in Lieu for AGM’s
