Assistant Property Manager (Facilities) - P/T 24 hours per week
Salary: £14,373 + great company benefits
Location: Edinburgh
Hours: Mon-Fri (P/T 24 hours) over 4 days

Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular property inspections and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting in ensuring buildings are safe, accessible, and well-serviced.
- Collaborating with contractors and managing maintenance tasks.
- Serving as a main point of contact for tenant queries and fostering excellent tenant relations.
- Performing minor repairs and upkeep tasks.
- Managing inventory and procurement of supplies.
- Contributing to meetings and suggesting improvements for service delivery.
- Carrying out some cleaning and porter duties.
- Ensuring waste and recycling are managed efficiently within the centres.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experienced in a similar role, with a background in property maintenance.
- Trustworthy and able to build strong relationships with tenants and colleagues.
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working independently and under pressure.
- Committed to providing exceptional service and supporting our social and environmental goals.
- A good communicator, both verbally and in writing, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible and willing to work occasional hours outside the standard schedule.
