An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Junior/Assistant Project Manager to join a rapidly growing main contractor, with real scope for career development, progression, and the chance to help shape the future of a thriving construction group.

Are you a Junior/Assistant Project Manager with experience in construction? Do you want to work for a company that supports its people with further development, investment, and career progression?

This well-established, multi-disciplinary construction group has grown rapidly over the past 15+ years, reaching a turnover of circa 85m. This division specialises in data centre fit-out projects across the UK. With a collaborative, close-knit culture that prioritises CPD, development, and progression. Due to some ambitious growth plans, they're now looking to appoint a Assistant Project Manager to join the team.

In this role, you will assist the Project Manager in delivering all phases of data centre fit-out projects, from initial planning through to completion. Your responsibilities will include supporting project planning, budget and schedule management, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a site-based role located in Slough.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Junior or Assistant Project Manager on fit-out or construction projects. You should be located within a commutable distance of the Slough site and be comfortable working on-site full time.
