Assistant Managers Wanted: Trainee Sales Manager
JUMP develops fun and engaging marketing campaigns which offer consumers a more personalised and joyful marketing experience. These marketing campaigns are based at private event locations, local residential demographics and event festivals across Manchester and Lancashire
Trainee Manager Role:
Trainee Managers at JUMP are known for their selfless attitude towards the team, and a 'work hard, play hard' mantra.
We are seeking candidates with strong qualities including team leadership, a competitive edge, team communication skills, and team integrity and grit to keep going when times are strenuous.
Full training will be offered for successful candidates, to learn to manage a small team, how to motivate and inspire others, and how to generate and drive sales.
£23,000 - £30,000 Target Earnings in 1st Year with higher earnings with progression (Negotiable during the interview).
Key Duties Include:
- Promote products & services to our customers at our private event locations, event exhibitions and event festivals
- Conducting service and product demonstrations
- Manage the responsibilities of a small sales force
- Teach and train new team members & providing ongoing support
- Generating sales and acquire new customer acquisitions
- Drive sales revenues across the Manchester team
- Finalise and complete customer sales
Full training will be offered to successful candidates, although previous exposure within an active team environment would be beneficial.
