Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing specialist retailer as their new Assistant Store Manager! This brand is in major growth mode with new store openings planned across the country, we want someone who is energetic, personable and passionate about delivering a high level of service to clients and customers.

This role will be responsible for supporting a brand-new store opening so you will be working closely with the Store Manager to lead the store opening & set the highest of standards!

You will be eager to bring a high level of service to customers, be passionate about the product, and ensure about all brand standards are achieved. We want our new Assistant Manager to be proud of where they work, showcase that in everything you do and create a fantastic shopping experience!

This is a multi-functional role that covers all aspects of managing a store in the absence of the Manager, implementing marketing initiatives/brand campaigns, handling team training and development and driving exceptional customer service. We need a leader who is energetic, organised and diligent, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:

• Able to sell and engage with customers about highly technical and advanced apparel
• Have high visual standards across all store areas
• Drive performance and sales through a premium experience and service
• Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
• Managing team training & development
• Handling all aspects of customer feedback and correspondence
