Salary: £24,000

5 days over a 7-Day

Clothing/Uniform: Appropriate Uniform/clothing will be provided

Meals: Meals will be provided free of charge in accordance with the Club policy

Holidays: 20 days plus UK Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

To support the FOH Manager in all areas of Front of House operations

To assist with implementation of service standards for Front of House ensuring a high and consistent level of service at all times

To ensure that Events and Functions are managed smoothly, efficiently and with high levels of customer care

Communicating with the guests, checking satisfaction and resolving conflicts

Deputising in the absence of the FOH Manager in day-to-day responsibilities and deviations to the CEO/Finance Manager

In the absence of the Front of House Manager, ensure internal Club communication is passed to all direct departmental employees

To ensure the Club adheres to Health and Safety legislation

Opening and Locking up the Clubhouse when required

Handling cash, card and membership transactions

Cashing up at the end of the working day, if required

Stock taking of disposable products & adding drink stock invoices on to the system

To assist in implementing training and coaching for the Front of House team

Attend training courses as required

Complete any other reasonable duties as requested by the Senior Management Team

Producing regular content to the Marketing Department for Social Media

Report all maintenance issues to the Maintenance Team


Minimum of 5 GSCE's Grade C or above (including English & Mathematics)

Required: Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering Course

Preferred: Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene

Personal appearance & uniform

Be well presented at all times when working in the club

Demonstrate excellent standards of personal hygiene

Adhere to and enforce the Club`s Uniform Policy
