We are looking for an Assistant Director for Health& Safety who has a firm understanding and experience from within the Social Housing or Property and understands the regulations and hazardous legislation associated with this industry.

We believe that H&S should be a collaborative area where engagement and behaviour change are key, no clipboard warriors need apply!

The role:

  • H&S in terms of Housing, high rise properties, and the associated people
  • Head up, lead and motivate the H&S, Facilities and Fleet teams
  • Approach H&S in a collaborative way through engagement and culture change
  • Credibility and strength to understand and tackle push back to change
  • Voice of H&S to the Board and SLT
  • Set and implement H&S strategy
  • Stay abreast of new and changing legislation
  • Lead facilities management across the business
  • Lead and manage a fleet of 200 LCV across the business
