Assistant Director - Asset Management

Location: Leigh, Greater Manchester
Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum
Working hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm (flexitime) Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week or 8.00am - 6.00pm 36 hours over 4 days.

Our department proudly provides the majority of the Group’s upper quartile, front line services and our experienced team are fundamental in helping us achieve this.

About the role

A rare opportunity has arisen at senior level within our Asset Management Department. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our established team. In this position, you will manage a team to deliver typical cyclical and planned services; you will contribute to the overall strategy of the department and get involved with less conventional operational services. We believe that the individual is more important than their work experience and invite candidates who can demonstrate their flexibility and skills at a senior management level. The majority of our front line services are delivered 'in-house’ by our professional operatives including, component replacements, responsive repairs, voids, cyclical, new build and facilities management services.
