If so then this new opportunity will be perfect for you! Your role as Assistant Manager in the Corporate Tax team will involve assisting the Corporate Tax Directors, working as part of a highly competent, successful team providing high quality compliance services for a range of corporate clients including the preparation and submission of R&D tax claims and assisting on the provision of a wide variety of corporate tax advisory work.

You will draft returns for senior management, presenting key findings from your review, assist the Directors on advisory projects for corporate clients across the firm, undertake other advisory work including preparing valuation reports on a range of subjects such as tax planning, restructures, and reorganisations.

As Assistant Corporate Tax Manager you will manage a client portfolio, developing the relationships, as well as acting a technical lead to junior team members.

The firm have a proven track record of progressing their staff, with many of the Partners having developed through to their current posts.
