The Assistant Building Surveyor role

As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will become an integral part of a skilled team dedicated to delivering outstanding professional building surveying services to blue-chip clients.

This role will allow you to engage with a wide variety of projects, from commercial and residential to public sector and education, providing a broad learning spectrum and fast-paced development.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in all aspects of building surveying, including technical due diligence, dilapidations, building pathology, and contract administration.
• Working closely with senior surveyors to provide bespoke advice tailored to client needs.
• Participating in projects across diverse sectors within the built environment, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in building surveying.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• A recent graduate in Building Surveying or a related discipline, aspiring to work towards MRICS qualification.
• Demonstrates a keen interest in various sectors within the built environment.
• Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Shows initiative, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
