A globally renowned construction consultancy is actively seeking a motivated Assistant Building Surveyor to become an integral member of their client-centric team in Manchester.

The Assistant Building Surveyor role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will immerse themselves in a dynamic environment, contributing to a wide range of services that include but are not limited to dilapidations, lease advice, and pre-acquisition surveys.

As well as this, the Assistant Building Surveyor will gain wide industry exposure, working across a broad spectrum of markets, including commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail, ensuring a varied and enriching professional experience.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

  • A Degree in Building Surveying
  • 2+ years relevant experience within a consultancy environment
  • Either working towards APC or ambitious to begin the process
  • A confident and enthusiastic individual
