Assistant Accountant

This is international insurance group who are recruiting for an additional member of their finance team based in their Newcastle office.

This broad role will include

• Posting and reconciliation of financial information
• Production of month end management accounts information
• Maintaining financial records
• Focus on payments in line with policies
• Dealing with queries from clients both internally and externally
• Multicurrency reconciliation and dealing with exchange rate calculations

You will have experience of working within a corporate environment ideally insurance, financial services or consulting and be looking to work in a small and varied finance team. This is an exciting time to be joining this growing insurance group.
