We are supporting a multinational insurer in their search for an Assistant Accountant to join the businesses reporting team.

This role will focus on Delivering quality reports by analysing and testing data.

The position would suit a part qualified accountant, ideally with a background in financial or professional services, who is looking to develop their career in a global supportive business.

Main duties of the role:

  • Ensure accurate reports through data analysis and testing, escalating issues for resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ad-hoc data requests and special projects.
  • Enhance customer service by analysing trends and aligning goals with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on reporting tools, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Support data testing and become proficient in new tools for specialized projects.
  • Manage IT programs including onboarding, training, and Business Continuity Planning.
  • Analyse vendor performance and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
