This asset manager opportunity will be focused on supporting the rural infrastructure asset management team with a portfolio of major rural infrastructure clients.
Our client is looking for an asset manager or property manager who holds asset management experience and is looking to transform their career and grow with a successful asset management team in the rural infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing and letting of property.
  • Rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Acquisitions and onboarding of new properties.
  • Liaising with facilities management team.
  • Day-to-day asset management
  
Experience required:
  • Good level of experience working in a similar asset management / property management role.
  • Knowledge of compliance and CDM regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of rural infrastructure.
  • Clean driving licence as driving to client properties will be required.
