ASC Teacher required for Nottingham Special School

Timeplan Education are currently recruiting for a Teacher in Nottingham who has experience of teaching KS1 & 2 pupils with ASC and associated behaviour. Our client is a wonderful primary ASC special school based in the heart of Nottingham and they are looking for a teacher who can join their team immediately on a long term basis. Each classroom caters for 6 to 7 young people with a statement of ASC and you will be supported by at least 3 teaching assistants. Team Teach deescalation techniques are used throughout the school and if you don't already have this training, Timeplan Education will arrange this for you.

You will be required to work full time, Monday to Friday and working hours are 8:30am till 3:30pm with an after school meeting every week, which you will need to attend. The successful candidate will be given time out of timetable for planning and preparation as you will need to cater for pupils all working at different levels and capabilities.
