Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: London, Greater London.
Salary / Benefits £22K - £40K + Training + Benefits
Our client is a successful and trusted Asbestos Consultancy who hold a strong presence in the South East of England. They are now looking to take on a qualified and diligent Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts in an around the London region. You will be carrying out surveying and analytical duties on predominately Commercial and Industrial site bases, working alongside a longstanding, and committed team of surveyor / analysts. Our client can offer further training and career progression, company pension scheme, excellent holiday allowance and a competitive basic salary.
You will be covering contracts in London and candidates will have good access to the M25. Good locations include: Watford, St Albans, Hertford, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Bletchley, Brakcley, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, High Wycombe, Oxford, Bicester, Witney, Reading, Slough, Windsor, Bracknell, Woking, Basingstoke, Guildford, Newbury, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Dartford, Bromley, Romford, Basildon, Grays and the surrounding areas.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications is essential to the role.
" Will come from a UKAS accredited Asbestos company and will have excellent hands-on experience carrying out surveying / analytical duties.
" Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Will have excellent communication skills.
" Able to organise workload in line with company / client needs.
The Role:
" Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Undertaking smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Undertaking audits on site in line with client needs.
" Ensuring work complies with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Providing clients with detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
