Currently they are seeking a fully qualified, Dual-Trained Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor for the South East region. This role involves field-based responsibilities, necessitating travel.

Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst Requirements:

• Full UK manual driving license
• BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications or equivalent RSPH certifications
• Working knowledge of HSG:248 The Analysts' Guide and HSG:264 The Survey Guide
• Flexibility for travel and out-of-hours work
• Strong work ethic, capable of working independently or as part of a small team
• Willingness to support colleagues and participate in team activities

Role Responsibility:

The position involves conducting diverse asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, demolition, and ground asbestos), as well as air monitoring and fibre counting. Inspecting contractors' work, approving/removing unsatisfactory removals, and collecting site data via a phablet for automated report generation using NexGen software are key tasks. Compliance with asbestos regulations (HSE, construction), experience in a UKAS accredited organization, and familiarity with Lab 30 and RG8 documents are required. Managing personal QHSE documentation, providing professional client service, and maintaining effective communication with clients, management, Technical Support, and team members are also vital components of the role.
