Area Visual Merchandiser | Lifestyle Brand | Package up to €50,000 + Car + Benefits

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Area Visual Merchandiser with a global lifestyle brand in Germany! We are recruiting for a fast-paced high street retailer that are still expanding! You will already be in an area VM role or be a senior VM within a flagship store. This role is responsible for supporting all stores in Germany, supporting with training and implementing seasonal strategies based on company global guidelines. This role is hybrid offering 1 day home working, whilst the rest of the days are field based.

Area Visual Merchandiser responsibilities:

  • Promote product commerciality through innovative in store presentations.
  • Utilise sales reports to drive effective floor presentations
  • Review performance of product sales, working closely with store managers
  • Provide feedback to global teams
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of competitors
  • Coach and train in store teams on the brand aesthetic and VM practices.

Our Area Visual Merchandiser will have / be:

  • Full driving license
  • Min 3 years within a store or area visual merchandising role.
  • Fluent in German is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail
