Our client is one of the most established and most respected names within the smoke control and ventilation industry, founded on high quality products and flawless reputation, they are looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover Northern England.
* Selling the company's service and maintenance contracts for their bespoke ventilation systems, also pitching for repair and refurbishment projects and involved in some new installation projects covering Nottingham and Derby across to North Wales up to Lancaster and across to Leeds with everything in between.
* Selling into the retail, universities, shopping centres, hospitals, and warehouses the role is an even split between new business and nurturing existing accounts, spending most of your time out on patch.
* Given the autonomy of managing your own diary in order to hit KPI and revenue targets you’ll be dealing with Directors and C-level decision makers.
* Ideally you will have a proven track record of selling service and maintenance contracts within the Smoke Control, ventilation or Fire alarm industry covering Northern England.
* You will be living on the territory with good access to the motorway network and comfortable in an autonomous Field Sales role.
* Able to self generate leads and close sales, adept in journey planning and building long lasting relationships.
* You will be corporate in appearance and highly motivated to succeed.
* £35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary
* Annual Bonus based on company performance
