Job Title – Area Sales Manager

Location – Cheshire, Lancs, Staffs (covering the North West)

Salary – £40k - £50k / annum (Realistic OTE = £65k+)

Package – Car Allowance / Pension / OTE £65k

Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Area Sales Manager to join the sales team of a rapidly expanding company and highly ambitious company that sell and hire out temporary building / structures / marques across the UK. This is a key appointment as the successful candidate will have huge potential to become head of sales within 5 years. They have contracts with large events such as Ascott / Formula 1. Other parts of the role include:

  • Growing top accounts / winning new business.
  • Confident with site visits / planning / measuring and making recommendations.
  • Based from home but daily client meetings.
  • Network and navigate with customers from Contractors to Senior Managers.
  • Covering a large territory from Staffordshire, Cheshire and Lancashire.

The successful candidates should demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a technical field sales role.
  • A proven track record in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue.
  • A great relationship builder with exceptional communication skills.
  • An effective negotiator and problem solver with the ability to work independently and prioritise accordingly
