Are you an Area Manager/ Operations Manager/ Regional Manager with CQC knowledge looking for a new Challenge? We are looking for an experienced Manager for a new role as an Area Manager within the Care Home sector.

You will be required to travel to the homes in your patch as and when required.

This role is to focus on delivering excellent outcomes for customers, developing services and attaining financial viability and stability to secure growth.

Providing leadership and line management to your Residential Registered Managers ensuring delivery of all performance and workforce targets, quality objectives, regulatory compliance and the highest customer service standards.

Working to the strategies, budgets and plans agreed.

You will work closely with other Area Managers, service leads to ensure best practice and learning are shared across the company.

Although you will bring operational experience, this is a hands on role when required and you will ensure the company values of connecting people, making a difference, doing the right thing and embracing change are at the front of everything you do.

Requirements:

  • Previous CQC knowledge essential
  • Level 5 Leadership and Management
  • 3+ years in a management role within a care home setting
  • High skilled communicator
  • Experience with budgets and finances
