We are recruiting for a Registered & Nursing Services whom provide high level support for people who have learning disabilities or mental health issues and physical disabilities. Their current portfolio includes 3 nursing services and 5 registered services across Essex that provide care, support and nursing care.
As a leader in the provision of a high-quality registered and nursing services, you will use your skills and knowledge to develop and continuously improve our services and successfully negotiate with commissioners and stakeholders in the provision of current and future services. You will also have overall responsibility for overseeing the provision of registered and nursing services, ensuring the delivery of client-focused services which are high-quality, accountable and responsive in line with Estuary's corporate values of excellence, care and innovation.
Requirements for this post
*Experience of successful negotiations in the provision of current services and new services
*Experience of middle management within the voluntary sector social services or a similar area
*Track record of success in the management of and delivery of high quality services
*A proven track record in management development and training
*Proven track record of successful budget management
*Experience of performance management
*NVQ level 5 or equivalent qualification or experience in the area of management
This post requires some travel throughout the region to visit services and external partners, so a full clean driving licence and own vehicle are essential requirements - an annual car allowance and mileage will be paid.
