Job Title: Architectural Technologist

I'm looking to speak with an Architectural Technologist based around Stoke-on-Trent. A medium sized Architectural practice that specialise in the delivery of Residential work are currently looking to expand their team. Having just recruited, their workload is still expanding, and they are once again looking to add to the team. They're offering intermediate Technologists a clear path to make it up to senior level and provide any support necessary to gain charterships.

Well-known for its work in the residential sector, also work in the commercial sector. They have a few residential projects in pipeline currently, including high rise new builds and commercial conversions. Also, bespoke and affordable stand alone residential projects. The right candidate will posses strong detailing and construction experience, with some current projects currently at RIBA stages 4-5.

Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years' experience post-graduation experience. They're currently using AutoCAD and Sketchup and have plans to incorporate Revit in the near future. The right candidate must have experience in the residential sector, high rise apartments in particular.

Role Requirements
- BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology.
- At least 5 years' experience post-graduation experience.
- AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
- Must be ambitious and confident enough to work in a client facing role.
- Experience working on residential schemes.
