I am excited to be actively recruiting for a dynamic RIBA Chartered Practice who are specialists within the residential sector working on a diverse portfolio of projects including single dwellings, heritage multistorey apartments and masterplanning. They have earnt themselves an excellent reputation, achieving almost 50 shortlisted schemes in the housing design awards. With close to 20 years of experience this innovative practice draw on the local community and rich history of the area to produce a inspiring and unique design. They have a positive outlook on incoming projects and are keen to get a passionate Architectural Technician to join the team in Manchester.

The successful candidate will have several years of post-qualification experience working on residential projects, with strong technical abilities and ideally job running experience.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
• Extensive post qualification experience within the Architectural Industry
• Substantial experience working across residential small and medium sized projects
• Excellent technical capabilities ideally with Vectorworks or AutoCAD
• Confident working independently with limited supervision
• Can hit the ground running
• Able to be heavily involved in running jobs on site
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other professionals
• Work well within a team environment
• Technically minded with a keen eye for detail
• Capable at producing high quality tender and construction packages
• Keen to input to continued company growth
