Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit an Architectural Technician for an award winning, privately owned housebuilder in Wiltshire. 

You will be expected to be proficient in designing high-quality drawings for residential projects as well as having knowledge in NHBC/LABC technical standards.

Responsibilities: 

  • Working to deadlines to produce high-quality drawings to support various stages of residential projects
  • Collating, submitting and monitoring Building Regulation applications
  • Converting external drawings to the company's CAD standards and making sure all relevant information is included. 
  • Liaising with external consultants, including both civil and structural engineers. 

If you'd be interested in working client side for a property developer, this could be an excellent move to expand upon your existing skills.
