SRS is working in partnership with an industry-leading manufacturer of Building Envelope Products and Systems. The company name is synonymous with product quality and performance and is now enjoying a sustained period of growth.

The successful candidate will take ownership of prestigious and major project specifications driven by the London Architectural community. The role's core focus is identifying New Build and Refurbishment projects, and securing specifications through proactively engaging with key stakeholders in the project cycle.

  • Identify and develop new project specifications for the Company’s range of high-performance products and systems for the Building Envelope
  • Focus on targeting key Architects, Specifiers, Consultants and Surveyors
  • Engage with specifiers aiming to break existing specifications and secure quote and tender opportunities
  • Manage relationships with key existing clients

You will be responsible for managing the entire specification sales process from initial quotation and site visit through to completion, managing all key stakeholders and ensuring specification is achieved and upheld

REQUIREMENTS

Our client requires an experienced Architectural Sales professional with a proven track record in delivering major project specifications.

  • Specification Sales experience with Architects, Main Contractors and Specifiers is essential
  • Product knowledge is not essential however experience is desirable within the Building Envelope sector. This includes Flat Roofing, Waterproofing, Insulation, Roof Access, Roof Ventilation, Roof lights, Cladding, Rainscreen, Facades or equivalent.
