Salary: £38000-£42000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a passionate and experienced Architect with strong technical abilities to join a RIBA chartered practice in Greater Manchester. The innovative practice prides itself on providing creative, client-led designs across Education, Mixed use and Residential projects.

The successful Architect will have significant post Part 3 experience and should boast creative design skills alongside exceptional technical abilities. You will have led projects through all RIBA stages and should be confident leading a team. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

• Significant post Part 3 experience
• ARB registered
• Previous experience working through all RIBA stages
• Confident running projects and leading a team
• Strong technical abilities
• Able to adhere to project deadlines
• Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Revit knowledge is essential
