I am delighted to be actively recruiting for a well established successful Architecural Practice who's talented team of Architects, Designers and Technicians deliver beautifully crafted designs across numerous sectors including commercial, sports and liesure and interior design. They are specialists within the residential sector working on complex large housing developments to smaller conversions and renovations. With a positive outlook on future work load they are keen for a a talented Architect to join their friendly team in Chelmsford.

The successful candidate will have experience job running, excellent technical capabilities and boast design flare as well as experience in residential development projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Extensive UK post qualification experience
• Ideally you will have job running experience
• Proven experience across residential projects
• prior knowledge of working with housing developers
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
• Technical expertise
• boast design flare
• Confident liaising with clients and contractors
• Live locally to the Chelmsford area
