Project Architect

Location: Manchester

Salary: £38000-£40000 (dependant on experience)

I am searching for a motivated and talented Project Architect with a strong attention to detail to join an award-winning practice in Manchester. The RIBA chartered practice prides itself on delivering exceptional service to all clients and they have a dynamic portfolio across the education, commercial and healthcare sectors. The team has a focus on providing sustainable and quality designs and apply this ethos to all projects.

The successful Project Architect will have significant UK-based experience and should be confident in producing technical designs and delivering projects through all RIBA stages. Strong technical abilities and Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • Significant UK based experience post Part 3 qualification
  • ARB registered
  • Experience producing technical drawings
  • Manage projects through all RIBA stages
  • Creative design flare
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
