Salary: £30000-£34000

My client is searching for a talented and ambitious Architect with a passion for innovative designs to join their knowledgeable team in Chester. The RIBA chartered practice provides design services that cover all stages of construction projects and has a range of upcoming projects across all scales and sectors. The team works across the Residential, Education, Retail and Community sectors and prides itself on exceptional customer service.

The successful Architect will have sufficient post Part 3 experience and should have exceptional technical abilities and experience working across all RIBA stages. You should boast creative design flare and AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered with sufficient experience post Part 3
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages
  • Previous work on Residential, Education or Community projects is beneficial
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Deliver projects whilst adhering to deadlines
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
