Salary: £35-40,000

A long-standing client of ours has an exciting new opportunity for an Architect to join their chartered practice based in Bedfordshire. My client are known for specialising in sustainable architecture with their work ranging across social housing, estate regenerations, schools, private housing, and community projects.

As part of this role you will be joining a successful close-knit team of Architects, Technical Staff and Designers where you will be responsible for supporting in the overseeing of the more junior members of the team, alongside the running of projects.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered.
  • Ideally several years post qualification, but Part 3's will be considered.
  • A strong interest in sustainable buildings and architecture.
  • Relevant sector experience.
  • Good Vectorworks skills would be preferred, but training can be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Boast strong design flare and technical capabilities.
  • Experienced job runner and exposure to all RIBA stages.
  • Confident in a clint facing role.
  • Support the Directors in the management of the team and office.
