I am actively recruiting for an Architect to join a dynamic Practice in Hampshire. Their exciting, innovative and award winning projects span a range of sectors including major housing developments, restoration and commercial. The technical expertise of over 100 employees and 30 years specialist experience have propelled them to become a leading Architectural Practice.

To be successful in this role you will have several years of post-qualification experience, strong technical and design abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction detailing and regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Boast a design flare with a keen eye of detail
  • Ideally knowledge of traditional and classical architectural concepts
  • Experience in job running across all RIBA stages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of building contracts and contract administration
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be a driven, ambitious and creatively minded individual
  • Willingness to travel within the UK
