working from HQ in Manchester (Trafford area) you will call every new lead to speak to prospective clients and gain appointments for the sales team to attend. They will in turn, pitch for business through a tender process to supply large scale temporary labour onsite. Opening the first door is key to this process. In a nutshell, you are purely gaining a commitment for the sales representative to attend a face to face meeting and they do the rest....

This role will suit those who are used to hitting the phones, working to KPIs and working with a persuasive approach without being too pushy. Building key relationships, which may mean calling back ore than once and being persistent is a fine balance. For those who work in call centres, this would be a refreshing change.....

Whilst your employer is an Employment Agency, you do not need to know recruitment processes - therefore your approach, desire to succeed and chatty and friendly approach is far more important.
