We are recruiting for a leading provider of retirement benefits who, over the past couple of months have gone through a period of change, growth and expansion.
These are unusual roles that play a crucial part in their delivery to clients, where you will be responsible for dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
This will include making outbound contact to clients (who are aware of the product and service on offer) with the aim of booking Appointments for Consultants to attend a meeting as well as dealing with inbound enquiries and fulfilling requests for information.
Additionally, you will manage and maintain a diary system that ensures call- backs are well timed and delivered in order to provide a prompt, friendly and efficient initial point of contact for the clients. This is not a cold calling or sales role.
Due to the nature of the roles it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of working within a proactive, client focussed environment with your experience having been gained within a retail based envronment as full training and ongoing development is provided.
