Our client seeks a Development Manager / Applications Development Manager to manage the Global Applications Teams. This is a senior role and requires someone with strong strategic thinking / leadership skills, who will be accountable for managing and coordinating the resources and processes to deliver software releases, lead long-term improvement, and contribute to the strategy for the Global Applications Development team.
This role will manage two senior employees and the teams they head-up that make up around 16 people based between the UK and the US offices. Responsibilities include departmental, people and budgetary management including the development of strategy, policy and practice combined with recruiting and mentoring.
-Significant IT management skills
-10+ years experience of software development / information technology support and life cycle processes
-3+ years of ERP experience (desirable)

Salary: £90-105k + excellent benefits (depending on experience)
