Are you an Application Support technician or similar looking for an opportunity to support a multimillion pound logistics business with their bespoke E-Logistics software, in a position that offers opportunities to progress your career into more senior positions?

On offer is a role within a specialist IT team, supporting over 120 users in a logistics business that has gone from strength to strength since they were founded in 1979. This company are local to Carlisle and are planning an update for their IT infrastructure and software which will open doors for a software support technician to learn new technologies and skills.

The ideal Application Support Technician will have experience in a similar role and be adaptable to new environments and technologies. This role will be working directly with clients to support them on custom built logistics software to ensure the success of the wider business.

THE ROLE:

• Maintaining, configuring and supporting clients on software for a thriving business
• Working alongside the IT team to plan updates and routine checkups
• Autonomy over your own work with guidance where needed

THE PERSON:

• Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications
• Local to Carlisle
• Looking to work with new technologies
