Application Support Analyst - Addlestone, Surrey

Application Support Analyst required for a leading client based in Addlestone, Surrey. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimising our application systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our business and customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects, improve our operational efficiency, and contribute to our long-term success.

Hybrid- 2 days required on site per week

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Experience in application support, IT support, or a similar role.
  • Provide second and third-level support for our application systems, ensuring issues and service requests are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and implement long-term solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Monitor application performance, identify potential improvements, and collaborate with the IT team to implement enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and service records.
  • Conduct regular system audits and participate in the planning and execution of application upgrades and maintenance.
  • Assist in training users on new features and functionalities, ensuring they are equipped to use our systems effectively.
  • Knowledge of Coins would be advantageous but not essential

Salary:

My client are offering a salary between £32,000 - £40,000 per annum depending upon experience.
