The Role

An exciting role is available for an application engineer to join a growing player within the engineering industry.

In this role, you will be working on various engineering projects in the electronic, automotive and mechanical industries. Maintaining and automating complex software solutions that will relate to a range of hardware systems.

You will also be communicating with customers, adding specific features and liaising with different internal teams. After these specific features have been completed, you will then travel onsite to test, refine and debug your systems to ensure a smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Engineering experience - Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive etc.
• Minimum 1 year of hardware automation experience
• C# / Visual Studio (or any coding experience)

Desirables

• Engineering degree
• Industry experience

This is an onsite role where customer site visits will be required 30% of the time - There will be the opportunity to work from home on specific projects when the role becomes more software focused.
