Application Analyst

An excellent opportunity for an ApplicationAnalyst to join a thriving business who are based in Colchester.

You will be joining a growing business that is investing heavily in their business systems and as an Application Analyst you will be providing ongoing support and development capabilities of software solutions. You will be working closely with users across all group sites to solve business problems, improve functions and enhance processes. Collecting and understanding the business requirements for system enhancements and translate these into functional specifications, test plans and standard operating procedures.

Furthermore, you will provide customer support to end-users in an approachable and help manner with the maintenance of EDI and API interfaces.

Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft operation systems and SQL as well as being able to communicate confidently with technical concepts to non-technical colleague and some knowledge of working to ITIL methodologies. Any experience with ERP systems or similar systems would be a benefit.

This would be a hybrid working environment.
