Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Application Analyst to join an expanding organisation in Liverpool. The role is interim, paying between £250 - £350 per annum and the role offers hybrid working

The Role:

  • Assist with the support and development of the IT systems, ensuring the systems are specified and integrated to meet strategies
  • Deliver innovative solutions to drive enhancement of systems
  • Assist the delivery of the service desk with timely resolution of application related faults
  • Work in project teams to specify, design and implement new business IT systems
  • Provide specifications and ensure documentation is maintained for all systems
  • Ensure that risks are identified and managed within all IT applications

The Person:

  • Experience with specifying, developing and implementing IT systems
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles and supporting business applications
  • Using service desk tools to report performance of fault resolution
  • Knowledge of SQL server and associated systems such as SSIS
