Your new role
As an Application Analyst (Academic Systems) at Anglia Ruskin University, you will have a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and supporting our Research & Academic Systems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience managing and supporting large Research & Academic Systems, including LMS, Library, Multi-Media, and third-party integrations.
• Providing software and systems support to end users.
• Requirements gathering, analysis, and testing of systems.
• Systems configuration and administration experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Experience working in Higher Education (desirable).
• Experience with Canvas LMS and/or Moodle (advantageous).
• Experience in application supplier management.
• Experience in application evaluation.

What you'll get in return

• A salary package circa £37,000 to £43,000 per annum (DOE).
