AP clerk German speaking

We are currently working exclusively with a global hospitality business who are in need of a German Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team on an initial 3 month contract. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, managing expenses, and supporting weekly payment runs to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice/payment queries
• Process food & beverage invoices and export data between the in-house system
• Review employee and company credit card expenses, including VAT checks
• Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and supplier communications
• Prepare and support weekly payment runs
• Distribute post and assist with ad hoc finance projects

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable or similar finance experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred but not essential)
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This is an urgent requirement, ideally you will be in no more than a weeks notice or immediately available .

The role is fully remote liaising with the German office and will be 21 hours per week Part-time

The role is paying 20 per hour inc. of holiday pay
