We are looking for a dedicated Analyst to ensure the efficient management of reefer equipment availability across regions, oversee the creation and monitoring of quarterly targets, and contribute to maximising yield. The role also involves maintaining route labelling to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Manage the flow of reefer equipment within the European territory at optimum cost, ensuring regions have sufficient equipment to meet outbound demand, prioritising by contribution where necessary.
• Monitor idle units throughout the shipment cycle, including when empty.
• Work with regional and commercial teams to set and monitor realistic quarterly targets aligned with equipment supply, making dynamic adjustments as needed.
• Monitor the contribution performance of the department using various reports, making recommendations for customer alignment and providing action plans for improvement.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports using company systems.
• Maintain route labelling to ensure the most cost-effective routes are available.

• Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office (MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power-Bi, and Word).
• A good working knowledge of geographic knowledge is desirable but not essential.
