The RPMI department provides support to NSSL’s Customer Service Centre, NSSL’s clients and NSSL’s support teams by providing data on a scheduled or request basis. This data includes the delivery of reporting on client SLA’s, reporting on NSSL’s internal or regulatory KPI’s, planning the Customer Service Centre staffing requirements as well as using data to provide insights to NSSL to support decision making.

As an Analyst within RPMI, you will be responsible for delivering scheduled MI reports, be asked to work with data to provide insight on key performance subjects, and be involved in a wide range of data related projects to support NSSL. The Analyst role is also responsible for answering queries into the unit from colleagues across the business and supporting the management and delivery of our change request process.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have experience of working within an administrative role, in particular working with data and ensuring its accuracy. Excellent IT skills, specifically working with Microsoft Excel, are essential, together with a proven ability to manage a high volume workload, both individually and as part of a team. Experience of analysing data through experience or studies is desirable

Salary is £18,209 - £20,423 per annum dependent on experience
