Job Advertisement: Cover Teachers and Support Staff for SEN Setting in Grantham
Company: Tradewind Recruitment
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people who need extra support? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join an SEN setting in Grantham as cover teachers and support staff on an ad hoc basis.
About the Setting: Situated in Grantham, our client specialises in providing education for young individuals who may not thrive in mainstream educational settings. Whether students enter the academy through the Lincolnshire inclusion and behaviour ladder, intervention placements, or have sadly faced permanent exclusion, our goal remains unchanged - to recognise each student as a unique individual and provide them with a tailored educational experience that supports both their academic progress and personal development.
Role Requirements: We are seeking candidates who have experience in dealing with challenging behaviour, as well as a solid understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly conditions such as Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt teaching/support strategies to meet the needs of individual students is essential.

- Teaching Staff: £120 to £160 per day (depending on qualifications and experience)
