All round IT Technician (SQL / .NET . Support)

• Full time onsite for probation for 3 months then hybrid working
• 2 days remote / 3 days onsite.

Our client are a luxury retail brand in Milton Keynes. seeking a skilled IT professional with well-rounded skills in SQL data base skills, an additional any basic understanding of .NET C# Development and IT support will be beneficial.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to drive insights and improvements with the business catalogue.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing our database environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will work closely with our development team to support .NET applications, create impactful BI reports, and occasionally assist in IT support tasks and basic .NET coding.

Your expertise in database administration, combined with your skills in .NET and C#, will contribute significantly to our projects and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of SQL databases, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries and stored procedures for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Provide basic internal IT support.
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports for data analysis and decision-making.
• Support .NET development projects, focusing on Back End services with C#. Assist with IT support tasks, troubleshooting system and application issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, and implement technical solutions.
