£10.26 per hour plus holiday pay
Milton Keynes
We have a temporary position available for someone who is switched on, has office experience and can work well under pressure. Working hours are Thursday to Monday from 12 noon to 8.00pm with a 30 minute break.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Handling incoming system alerts and alarms
- Handling customer alert notifications
- Pro-actively managing and documenting incidents
- Reporting
- Administrative and office tasks as required
We are looking for someone who is:
- Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Works with attention to detail
- Has proven customer service skills, experience in an office environment
- Has clear and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to focus and prioritise in a high stress environment
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Willingness to be extremely flexible and always operate in the company's best interests
- Experience within a Control Room environment would be an advantage
- Good geographical knowledge is preferred
