Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: South East London
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Role Summary:

The main focus of the Air Conditioning Engineer role is to carry out service maintenance works on site. The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will provide a professional service to clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to AC systems on sites.
  • Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
  • Provide Further works reports where required
  • Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
  • Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
  • Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
  • Comprehensive working experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, FCU’s, Multi splits, Splits & AHU
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • F Gas
  • C&G Level 2 AC & Refrigeration (Desirable)
