Location: Swindon (50% remote working, 50% office based)

We're on the hunt for a passionate and skilled individual ready to explore the realms of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), contributing to ground-breaking projects that could shape the next generation of products, platforms, and services within a global business!

The Role:


You will be at the forefront of researching, developing prototypes, and PoCs to showcase the transformative power of AI research findings. Your expertise in AI/ML will be instrumental in addressing real-world challenges, applying your knowledge to specific domains to create impactful solutions. With a solid understanding of software development, your work will bring algorithmic concepts to life, influencing the direction of projects with your innovative approaches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within the AI Research group, contributing to the integration of AI methodologies into real world solutions across the businesses operations.
  • Manage tasks related to the application of data science & AI/ML methods.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts and results clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders help bring to life the vast opportunities AI can unlock.
  • Engage in proactive research, suggesting new projects and products to senior management.
  • Travel as needed within the UK and EU for conferences, workshops, and seminars.


What We're Looking For:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field, with demonstrable experience in AI/ML applications, development or research.
  • A deep understanding of AI, ML, and data science fundamentals, including experience with various Data Science and ML frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas simply to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with ML Ops, Cloud Native software development, and cloud services (e.g., AWS).
  • Experience with Reinforcement Learning.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field.
