Are you an experienced claims professional with a passion for the agriculture sector? Our client is seeking dedicated Agriculture Loss Adjusters to join their team in the Midlands/East Midlands region. If you have a strong background in claims management and a desire to provide exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Agriculture Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of agriculture claims from initial investigation to settlement. Your primary duties will include:

  • Investigating and assessing agriculture claims while ensuring compliance with client SLAs and company standards.
  • Utilising your technical expertise to proactively manage claims and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Agriculture & Forestry Division to meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Demonstrating commitment to innovation and consistently delivering market-leading services and products.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the agriculture claims service sector as an adjuster. OR
  • 3 years of experience as a Commercial Property Adjuster, with a desire to specialize in agriculture claims.
  • Strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adeptness at working accurately under pressure and meeting strict deadlines and service standards.
  • High degree of IT literacy and competency.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to tasks.
  • Ideally, hold a minimum qualification of Dip CII/Dip CILA or possess other relevant qualifications or degrees.
